Yea, read that. Anyways... it's actually nothing special for one who always treats his mum the same way.

For dinner, I whipped up a dish for the whole family. It's green capsicum+the belly portion of the pig[dunno what's the wording for that part].

First of all, I sliced and removed the seeds of 10 red chilli padis. Then I diced 2 onions. Next, the gravy, it was 2 tablespoons of black soy sauce+one tablespoon of wheat flour+1 teaspoon of milk.

After that, it was the cooking part... heated the frying pan, pur some oil, stirred fry the onions+chilli padis. Second, the chopped meat. 45 seconds later, the capsicum. Covered the whole crap with a lid for 1 minute. Then the sauce i mixed earlier on. Some 'maneuvers' and cover the crap again.

The whole dish tasted delicious, but we are overwhelmed by the spicyness!! Thanks to dad for suggesting 10 chilli padis... The texture of the capsicum and pork was incredible, I bet anyone would like it. Maybe.

Regardless, tomorrow's Monday... I'll probably be facing some Monday Blues... Man... Biz Comm ICA 1 too... still have not touched the textbook and this week's tutorial yet...
