Hi guys! Finally got hold of my own computer in the lab. Anyways, time to blog... I will only blog about the first day today... will continue tml or so. Will add in the photos once I get hold of them.

Day 1

1st Stop- Changi Airport
Left for Beijing on a Cathay plane at 1st April, Sunday.
Many thanks to Jun Kai, Steven, Elaine and of course my parents who have came to see me off.
Hmm.... woke up at 6.15am, then, we left the house at 6.55am.
It was drizzling while we were trying to fetch a cab. Went down to Causeway Point and fetched Jk along the way.

And~ we are finally on our way to the airport!
Reached the airport, Terminal 1 at around 8am+. The four of us went to Burger King and had breakfast. Met Sok Ee and her family and her relatives whilst we were eating.
Then, we went upstairs and I met the rest of my BITCmates... It was around 9am and Steven wasn't there yet.
Around 9.30am, Steven finally arrived together Elaine. Well, apparently he went and fetched Elaine. Anyways, registered our luggage and stuff... Had numerous photo-takings with the people there. Lim Soo Khim was there, as well as Mr Leon(our SENGP teacher), he was the mentor the EI group... Hmm.... wth is John Lim?
Got my ticket, and we had to be at the gate before 10.30am. Had some final words with the them and went in. On the way, there were many shops....

2nd Stop- Hong Kong
At 10.30am, we hastily board the airplane CX714. The seats were three-seats style. The three of us sat together, with Joyce taking window seat. Watched a comedy starring Stephen Chow. Meanwhile, I was served Chicken Rice, ice-cream, orange juice and salad. Started to grow very drowsy. Had a short nap and reached Hong Kong at around 3pm+...
Went window-shopping... and had some refreshments... luckily Sok Ee had some Hong Kong dollars...

3rd Stop- Beijing
Boarded the plane CX318 at 5.50pm. Same routinee, just different food and movie. Phew... it was almost 9pm... and we finally reached Beijing!

4th Stop- Beijing IT College
As we collected our luggage and walked outside, we experienced the 24-hrs 7 degree celsius air-con, it was cool!! Ms Huang, my supervisor, was also there to receive us. The Principal and directors of the school have came to fetch with rented buses! We quickly loaded our luggage onto the 'luggage bus' and boarded the other bus. At around 10.30pm, we finally reached the school!!

One by one, we carried our luggage into our respective rooms. Lol, our names are pasted on the doors. My roommate, Anthony and I placed our luggage into the room and closed the door. And ZOMG, the door is automatically locked! We can't get back inside, but we were then informed that we will get our card keys.
The Principal led us into the canteen and the tuckshop tenders have prepared supper for us! We gladly ate the food.. it was good and FOC.
Next, we each received a big envelope. Inside, there is a Beijing map, the rules and regulations of the school, a set of cards which consists of the calling card, the canteen card, card key and the local ezlink card.

Last Stop- Room 210
After supper... went back into my room and packed abit of things... took a bath, brushed my teeth and went to sleep...
That's Day 1.I will update when I have time. Good day.
